  • What is 1:1 coaching program?

The Personal Coaching for Lawyers 1:1 Coaching Progams involve you working directly with me on a one to one basis and gives you personalised and interactive coaching sessions in which you set your personal goals and determine which strategies / action steps you need to take to get you to your goals.

  • What is a Group coaching program?

Coaching to groups of around 8-12 delegates online in a live teleseminar or webinar, followed by a Q&A session. .

  • What is an Online Coaching program?

A coaching program delivered where all of the coaching sessions are pre-recorded for you and posted online (video and audio files) to view at your leisure and convenience.  The advantage of the online coaching course is that you have the opportunity to go back and work through each session as often as you wish to.

The group coaching and online coaching programs follow a structured coaching program which builds up each session.  The number of sessions in your coaching course will depend on which coaching program you have opted for.  For each session you will be provided with a pdf document / workbook to follow the session and record your actions.
